STARTER WORK OUT

If you are having trouble getting started. Try these simple work outs. 

WARM UP

10 Squats 

10 push ups

10 Burpee’s

Jog on the spot for about a minute until you feel your self warming up. 

Adding weight

10 Shoulder press

10 Dumbbell press

10 lunges

10 leg press

10 pull up machine assisted pull ups 

10 bicep curls 

REPEAT THESE FOR TWO MORE SETS

Start on a Monday 

Monday – Basic work out 

Tuesday – Light cardio 

Wednesday- Basic work out 

Thursday – Light cardio 

Friday- Basic work out 

Saturday – REST 

Sunday – REST
